Due to the naming conventions of MC and OD being confusing for some people (including me), we’ve decided to change the names of these roles:

MC ⇒ DRI = Directly Responsible Individual — https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/people-group/directly-responsible-individuals/ เป็นคำที่ GitLab / Apple ใช้ ความหมายเกือบเท่ากับ MC เลย

OD ⇒ O = Orchestrator — DRI of DRI อาจจะพูดอีกอย่างเลยก็ได้ว่าคือระบบ DRI System ส่วน O เหมือนเป็น DRI พิเศษไรงี้ (พูดง่าย ๆ คือเหมือนเป็นผู้ดูแลการดำเนินงานทุกอย่างจของ DRI)

We’ve nicknamed this system as DRI/O (ดรีโอ้).

  • Hosts the ceremony.
  • Speaks and announces important information.
• [DRI] Live Stream Team — Riffy, Tar
  • Kinda need some new people. (learn how to setup so we have more ppl to do this)
  • Sets up the livestream for the event.
• [DRI] Finance — alex, mark
  • Handle the expense, and income with transaction.
• [DRI] Workshop — riffy, leo, new, narze, poom, chun
  • Technical Mentors
  • Provides support for the participants.
  • UX-UI Design
  • Web Development (Deployment)
• [DRI] Registration — kiki, mild
  • Provide reception for the participants
• [DRI] Venue Preparer — aungpao, boom
  • prepares the venue and makes sure that things needed at the venue are available
  • Provide signs for directions to the venue
  • Decorate the venue (Table layout, props)
  • Enforce venue policies

  • Captures pictures of the event.

  • Provide cool tech to facilitate the event.
  • Create a voting system.
  • Create a team registration + project submission system
